SHIPPING
The delivery of the purchased products takes place on average within 5 working days from the order in Italy. Delivery times may be delayed in the event of holidays; the carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, to normal shipping times, it is necessary to add a working day for normal administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated starting from the confirmation of payment.
SHIPPING FEES
For individuals there will be fixed shipping costs (7.00 euros per shipment including VAT); for resellers the shipping costs are 10 euros excl. up to 300 euros per order (excluding VAT), while for larger orders shipping is free.
