Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you(i) has received the product(ii) or, in the case of the purchase of several products delivered separately with a single order , received the latest product.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the request via the form before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, you will be refunded the payments you made with the exception of delivery costs no later than 14 days from when your decision to withdraw was received. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return for defect or non-conformity

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this as the reason for the return during the online return request, to be carried out in the same manner described in the previous paragraphs. You will be asked to upload one or more images relating to the defect found and you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for proceeding with the shipment.
